In a typical deal our assistance will cover the following areas:

  • An initial discussion to determine the level of finance required and what is available in the market place. This will include an indication of the likely rate of interest based on your circumstances.
  • As independent brokers we will conduct a comprehensive and fair analysis of the market in order to find the most appropriate finance for you. This may involve obtaining quotes from several lenders.
  • We will agree and provide details of your fees prior to the work being undertaken.
  • We may be remunerated by way of commission from the lender upon completion of your lending facility', but that will be taken into consideration when agreeing a fee with you.
  • An estimate of all fees will be provided to include valuation, legal and bank fees. Where possible we will negotiate fees on your behalf.
  • A full application including a detailed lending report with full supporting information is sent to the selected lender for approval.
  • From the approval stage to drawdown we liaise with the valuer, the solicitor and the lender to ensure a speedy and trouble free route to completion.

The Invoice Discounting lenders offer the option of managing the debtor book credit control in-house.

Are you eligible for Invoice Finance:

  • You must deal business to business, not with the general public
  • The company must be invoicing in arrears and putting customers on payment terms
  • You must sell to your own customers and not act as an agent.
